Leadership
David Forsee
President
David A. Forsee is the president and founder of Brookside Capital LLC, an advisory firm providing business development services, primarily to technology companies in the Midwest and Rocky Mountain regions, with a focus on clean technology,water, renewable energy and agriculture. Forsee's role in company launch and technology development has included advising, evaluating and investing in companies as diverse as a leader in advanced electric vehicle battery management systems to a global leader in photosynthetic biological enhancements for increased crop production.
Mr. Forsee has operating experience as founder and executive at multiple technology venture backed companies, including FarmLink, and was previously an executive with Child Health Corporation and Baxter Healthcare.
He has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Missouri; he is a CPA. Forsee was a Board member of the Heart of America Boy Scouts of America and previously served as vice-chairman of the Enterprise Center of Johnson County, the largest business incubator in the Kansas City area, and was on the board and executive committee of the YMCA of the Kansas City region. He was an Executive in Residence at the University of Missouri.
